Medical Supply Co Ltd is proud to hold quality certificates from both NSAI (National Standards Authority of Ireland) and IQNet, the International Certification Network, and an accreditation certificate from INAB (Irish National Accreditation Board). It is the policy of the company to: - Operate and maintain a quality system which conforms to the requirements of I.S. EN ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/IEC 17025:2005
- Ensure the quality system, as outlined in the Quality Manual and subsidiary manuals, provides a satisfactory service to our customer, by (a) ensuring that our products have been selected from carefully screened suppliers and (b) striving to improve all aspects of our products, in order to inspire confidence in our customers, which will ensure their satisfaction and secure our company’s future.
- Operate to the highest safety standards in respect of our premises, our practices and the equipment in our care.
- Continually strive to improve the system in order to achieve a situation where no product is downgraded or rejected.
- Engender a spirit of commitment to quality amongst the staff by providing appropriate training, being open to suggestion and creating a general work environment that encourages excellence.
- Devote the necessary financial and human resources to the Quality Assurance programme.
- Ensure that all employees are aware of the company’s commitment to quality and of their own responsibility for quality.
