Laboratory Results Reporting

Our comprehensive Laboratory Results Reporting solution enables all authorised users to view laboratory results through a web browser, allowing easy, intuitive access from any location. Users have an immediate and direct view of pathology results, be they in wards, GP surgeries or other external locations.  Results may be displayed as non-cumulative or cumulative and graphing facilities are provided to allow trend analysis.

Designed for clinicians by clinicians, this application provides users with intuitive navigation pathways to find their patient.

By investing in Laboratory Results Reporting, a Hospital/Health Board is investing in the foundations of a clinical intranet.  The modular nature of the architecture allows evolutionary deployment by sequential installation of functionality such as laboratory orders, radiology requesting and reporting and clinical documents.

Our database-driven Laboratory Orders solution enables clinicians to order pathology tests through a web browser, allowing immediate electronic ordering from any location. Our application can be configured to reflect the test ordering preferences of each Hospital. Each laboratory order is maintained as a working document, so that tests can be added, deleted or amended at any time prior to being actioned by the laboratory.

Full e-GIF compliance ensures that this application can be easily integrated with legacy systems and future Hospital/Health Board Developments. Both LaboratoryResults Reporting and Laboratory Orders have been developed as applications within a full n-tier distributed architecture, enabling us to support the rollout of ICRS strategies across the Strategic Health Authority.
