T-FILLER contains, for the first time, two different types of equipment; An automatic formalin dispenser and a sealer of vacuum containers or in modified atmosphere.

T-FILLER has been designed to completely eliminate operator contact with formalin.

Equipped with a dosing unit, integrated and closed inside the bell, allows filling with a precise weight / volume ratio and at the same time sealing suitable containers where anatomical samples are housed, conveying all the formalin vapors, first in a special antibacterial filter, then into activated carbon cells and then outside of the laboratory through an exhaust pipe, thus preserving the operator from contamination risks or possible exhalations.

The sealing of the container guarantees safety even in the transport stages, protecting the contents and avoiding spills even in the event of fall or accidental overturning of the same.

T Filler is extremely adaptable and allows the operator different choices, through the large touch screen control panel:

• Hermetically sealed container in the ambient atmosphere;
• Container sealed in modified protective atmosphere;
• Container sealed with formalin dosed in ambient atmosphere;
• Container sealed with formalin dosed in low vacuum%;

FIXATION AND SEALING THROUGH FORMALIN DOSAGE:

• Maximum operator safety guaranteed by: 20 liter formalin tanks with quick coupling inserted
  at the bottom of the instrument; Automatic dosing of hermetically sealed formalin;
• Automatic weighing scale for the container containing the anatomical part, which
  guarantees the correct weight / volume ratio of formalin with rigid containers easy to handle
  even with large volumes, avoiding any spillage and keeping highest level of safety for the
  operator and the sample, of 0.6 l, 0.9 l, 2.4 l, 5.7 l. Ideal for treating different dimensional
  types of anatomical specimens.
• Insertion of the container inside the hermetic bell through a removable drawer.
• Automatic sealing of the container;
• Drawer extraction and lid application

FIXATION TROUGH VACUUM / MODIFIED ATMOSPHERE:

• Container sealing with vacuum environment
• 99% vacuum container sealing + inert gas mixture with always calibrated ratio thanks to
  E.V.C sensor.
