Description

REALQUALITY RQ-2019-nCoV is a kit for the detection of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) by one-step Real-Time RT PCR using RNA extracted from human clinical samples.

• Includes reverse transcription and Real-Time PCR amplification reagents
• Single ready-to-use mix for three targets: RdRP gene, E gene and the internal control
• Designed to work with RNA extracted from nasopharyngeal swabs, sputum and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL)
• Requires 10 µL of extracted RNA
• Includes RNA internal control and positive control
• Includes dUTP/UNG system to prevent PCR contamination
• Execution time of 100 min
