LYFO DISKNote: Nutrient Agar, Tryptic Soy Agar (Soybean Casein Digest Agar), and Standard Methods Agar (Plate Count Agar) are appropriate alternatives of some Clostridium species together with an additional period (24 hours) of incubation. Clostridium species may have reduced recovery when using the alternative agars.
