Rabbit anti-SARS-CoV-2 S1 RBD antibody [+Biotin]

It’s been reported that 2019-nCoV (COVID-19) can infect the human respiratory epithelial cells through interaction with the human ACE2 receptor. The spike protein is a large type I transmembrane protein containing two subunits, S1 and S2. S1 mainly contains a receptor binding domain (RBD), which is responsible for recognizing the cell surface receptor. The S protein plays key parts in the induction of neutralizing-antibody and T-cell responses, as well as protective immunity.Applications:

This antibody was produced from antiserum of rabbits immunized with a recombinant SARS-CoV-2 S1 RBD protein. The IgG fraction was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Reconstitution:
Product is supplied as a powder obtained from lyophilization of purified antibody in citric acid solution. Reconstitute the antibody with sterile water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml.
