Premium Contract
Our highest level of service offering provides complete peace of mind for the end-user and no additional costs, with spare parts, labour and travel included in the contract. Our premium contract also includes a guaranteed 48 or 24 hour on site response time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, excluding public holidays), unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Standard Contract
Our standard contract provides the same on-site response time as the premium contract, guaranteed 24 or 48 hour on site response time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, excluding public holidays), unless there are exceptional circumstances. The standard contract includes a discount on spare parts as well as service call-out costs.
Economy
For those customers that would like to ensure their instruments are continuously maintained with a preventative maintenance contract, but can also be sure of an engineer on-site turnaround time within five working days, we offer the Economy Service Plan. The plan includes preventative maintenance as required, but also provides a discount on MSCs service charges including travel and labour.
Preventative Maintenance
Our preventative maintenance contract are for those customers looking to preserve the functionality and longevity of their equipment, but do not require a guaranteed response time for any emergency breakdowns. Our preventative maintenance contracts can include as many visits as recommended by the manufacturer, or to the end-users request.
Maintenance and Installation
MSC provides maintenance and installation for all equipment provided by MSC. All equipment that requires installation will be carried out by MSC engineers.
Bespoke Service Contracts
Should any of the contracts above not suit your requirements, then please do not hesitate in contacting us. MSC are happy to quote customers for any bespoke service maintenance contracts, for example, shorter or longer response times.
