Introducing the new ABE UP range of the Diluwel diluter, Dosywel pump and Mixwel blender! ABE are delighted to announce the new UP range, replacing the current DILUWEL, DOSYWEL & MIXWEL.

What has changed from DILUWEL to DILUWEL UP ?

• Intuitive display – touchscreen easy to program.
• Unlimited editable number of programs / users / diluents
• Integrated E-TRACE (communication module) by standard à allows to export all data to USB key / connect to Barcode reader / Ticket printer / Labpage / LIMS
• Auto tare (you priorly set the weight of your bag à the unit will detect it and will auto tare the balance, so you can directly place your sample).
• Auto start (you define how long from placing the sample until the start of the dilution – from 1 to 60 seconds). If you have selected a sample weighing range, the dilution will only start when in the range (for example between 25g and 26,3g. This range can also adapted to your own needs.
• Incrementation mode (for the sample id, automatic incrementation number).
• Robustness with the head. On the former version we could not activate manually the head, with the risk to damage the engine. You can now test it with the Up! version. The system is designed for it.
• Silent pumps ! (up to 4)
• Turbo mode with one pump ! (8mm width tubing)
• Removable pump heads
• A unique nozzle holder (for the 4 nozzles)

• Lighter (3.1 kg)
• Silent pump
• Turbo mode with one pump ! (8mm width tubing)
• Removable pump head
• Multiple modes :
  • Dosage (with a fixed volume to dispense):
  • Flow rate mode (defined fixed flow rate, for ex: 2L / min)
  • Continuous mode (start / stop), to fill containers without time limit.

What has changed from MIXWEL/MIXWEL+ to MIXWEL UP?

• Simplified range, MIXWEL and MIXWEL+ are merged into one and unique MIXWEL UP!
  • All MIXWEL UP! are now including :
    • Speed controller + Timer
    • Noise level reduced
  • The auto adjustment of the paddles has been removed
• Modernized design, robust control knobs with fixed positions (both speed & timer)
• Optimized building for fast and easy servicing.
